2.Always exercise in an uncluttered space to avoid injuries.
3.If you suffer from any particular heart conditions or generally feel uneasy while exercising, do not use our exercise products without first consulting your doctor.
4.Magnimus Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any injuries or loss of life or property that you incur by usage of our products.
5.Our products are offered without any warranties or guarantees unless explicitly specified in the email communication from us regarding your specific subscription packages.
6.We shall not store your audio or video without your explicit permission.
7.Company shall store your demographic, health, and exercise history on our servers and may share it anonymously with third-party clients to serve you with better recommendations.
8.Your name and personally identifying information shall not be shared with third parties unless required by order of a court of law.
